Scope of Application:

Steps
- The equipment has sufficient power to ensure that the electric welding in the later work will achieve the effect
- Adjust to a gear suitable for welding of your own products, and connect to the meter lead wire
- Spot welding the nickel sheet of the mobile phone battery and the small battery board in a good position
- Use the spot welding pen to hold the spot welding position, and the other spot welding pen can be lightly touched (the two point styluses should be as close as possible during operation)
Notice:
- Soft-pack batteries and other aluminum-copper tab batteries cannot be welded. Ultrasonic or laser is required.
- It can be used for the welding of 0.12MM iron or stainless steel sheets. If it exceeds, the welding effect is not guaranteed

When spot welding, just place the soldering pen lightly on the nickel sheet. Do not press the soldering pen hard. The distance between the two soldering pins is a little closer. If the solder joints are black, the high and low gears will increase, and the molten pool will increase if it is too small. Gears, use blades and other iron objects with larger surfaces to try before welding, and then weld after familiarity
